Saying farewell

Michael is in the hospice.

J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice
9350 Noble Parkway North
Brooklyn Park, MN 55443

He's resting comfortably, with round-the-clock nursing care if he needs it, and his family is there.

The hospice is wonderful, there is lots of room for friends to come and spend time with him. He is sleeping much of the time, but he knows we are there.

Friends are very welcome to visit. We're going to try to get Boo there on Sunday, and some of his musician friends may be able to play for him as well.

This is a sad time, so we are crying, but we cry in remembrance of this wonderful man, and in celebration of the vibrant life that he lived and the memories he leaves with us.

 Thank you all.

 - Kevin

Praying for Michael, his family, and friends during this final stage. I only met Michael a couple times, but certainly got to know him and those who he loved/who loved him much better through this blog. Courageous is not strong enough a word.

Hold onto each other, share your love, support, and music with Michael and each other during this difficult transition time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

So sweet Kevin. We have begun the celebration of the life of Michael, the man that many have said had a beautiful soul. For me it will go on for the rest of my life, as will the celebration that you, kind brother, are in my life and went throught this nightmare along side me. I am so gratful to have known Jen and seen the happiness she brought to Michaels life. I am also very grateful for the support of Christina and so many of Michaels friends whe seemed to know just what to do. Thank you.
