Kevin here.
Michael is home today, and we're hoping for an uneventful weekend. If you have the desire to stop by and wish him well, call first - he has a lot of sleep to catch up on.
More appointments in a week to check on things like kidney function, and sometime soon he'll get a PET/CT to assess progress of the cancer, but for now, we're just enjoying little things like a real bed and real food.

I'm so glad to hear you're home, Michael. I'm sure if feels wonderful after so long in the hospital. I'll pray you get lots of good rest. I hope to see you this weekend sometime.
Welcome home! Won't you stay a bit?
The other night I was thinking of you as I was drifting off to sleep. I was remembering when you rode your bike around Lake Superior and how cool it was that I was able to follow you and your adventures, and that you were so willing to share them.

Kevin,
thank you for keeping all of us up to date on Mike's condition/situation/status while he's not feeling well enough to do so. Michael is extremely lucky to have the friends and family he has.
Here's a hope that this stay at home is a long one!
Namaste'
